Reading the results

The vocabulary StackToIT uses in every report.

Migration unit
A source resource, or a group of resources that move together, assessed and mapped as one.
Classification
DIRECT, RECONFIGURE, REPLATFORM, CONTAINERIZE, REDESIGN, MANUAL REVIEW or BLOCKED: how a unit reaches STACKIT, with a confidence level and the evidence.
Execution-ready step
A step of the plan that can be carried out as written, by OpenTofu or a script; the architect approves the plan it belongs to.
Decision register
The architecture decisions and inputs a migration needs, collected with their owners; answers flow back into the next run.
